Multiphysics Simulation +
Large-Scale Parallel Computing

Yunlu Technology completely independently developed a multi-physics simulation platform including analysis of structures, fluids, electromagnetism, heat transfer, etc. The capability in simulation and analysis is comparable to internationally renowned software. It can perform a large-scale numerical simulation with multiple fields (10+), mutiple domains, multiple scales. We overcome the defects, which that well-known general software faced, of coupling analysis with multi-modules and interacting data difficultly. From the mathematical theory of multi-physics partial differential equations, based on an unified data structure, we combine data from various physical fields tightly, make coupling boundary conditions link automatically. We break through the blockade of parallel techniques. Based on Domain Decomposition Method (DDM), we design and modify the algorithm. The degree of code parallelism reaches up to 95%, and the efficiency of parallelism is better than other domestic and international commercial software.

Artificial Intelligence

We use AI to analyze simulation models and make decisions. We use the huge amount of data from simulation models and monitoring systems to train the neural network to analyze them and generate the decision set. The neural network will be retrained with a guide from our industry experts, it finally can guide the command and dispatch system.

Edge-Cloud Cooperation

We independently develop an edge computing module. Base on edge computing, we can deal with those data separately and widely. Data pre-processing, multiphysics simulation and AI runs at the edge. Edge computing processes raw data at the beginning, which not only significantly reduces the amount of data transmission but also increase the accuracy of data.
